    Well I hope so, the world boycotted Canada’s beef for years on concerns over mad cow disease. If your country is prone to disease, then travel and immigration bans should be implemented as a way to control spread of diseases.

    It’s not about "letting" someone go to work in another country it’s about taking the right precautions to avoid a wide spread disease.

    No, there is no legitimacy to this claim. More importantly, Canada’s beef was boycotted because vCJD is actually gained by consuming infected beef. Swine flu dies after the pig is killed and slaughtered. There is 0% chance you’d get swine flu from consuming an infected pig.
