what game it was with the Space Shuttle
R.I.P everyone..
A bigger lesson for you all – if the weather is snowing, heavy rain, or fog. DON’T BOARD the aircraft. I don’t care if you’re going to miss an event, or lose your fare, you’ll live.
I’ve skipped flights three times due to weather, and one of those evenings, a plane did go down, killing dozens. Not my flight, but the same area and weather.
You are the final judge.
look. this is a reconstruction based on what happened. and the crash was computerised.
hahahaha, most stupid thing I have ever heard! It’s just CGI, remade by computer graphics so we can see what did happen, without actually filming it in real life, it’s not 100% identical to the real thing, but from evidence, it’s pretty close.
i wanna know 1 thing only
How did they get it on cam i mean how did they know it was gonna happen
wouldnt the camera dude die i he was by the pilot filming them?
How did they do it
I agree with you on that 1, pilots fault he caused the crash, end of story.
Arrogant piece of shit Captain of KLM.
thats what i heard!
remember back in the days they didn’t want to go against the captain also this captain gave the f/o his license. the captain has also flown on many simulators and believed he could reset everything, now a days they could stop any crew member from any action now,
people survive! the copilot and some other people survive.
Tenerife north (Canary Islands, Spain)
what airport was that?
The copilot has his hand on the throttle as as the captain sets takeoff power. It is his right and his duty to not allow the captain to advance the throttle if he does not think a takeoff would be safe.
Any member of the flight crew could have pulled the throttles back to idle, which would have set off the auto brakes and avoided the crash entirely if done in time.
PA crew were wrong to not inform the tower clearly of what taxiway they wanted. Crash would have happened either way though.
For me, the KLM co-pilot and the flight engineer were the smartest, because they warned Van Santen twice… and his ego caused almost 600 deaths…
The Pan Am should have turned on C3, but they decided the angle was impossible for a 747 to make, so they decided to use C4, but THEY DIDN’T ASK THE TOWER TO DO IT!
They put their part on the disaster, but, as you say, there is one undeniable fact: Captain Van Santen took off without permission, and that’s the silliest mistake a pilot can make…
Firstly, its probable that given the time required to make the more difficult turn into C3 the KLM would still have hit the PanAm had they taken C3.
Taking the wrong taxiway alone will NEVER cause a crash in this airport. Being confused about what taxiway to take is in an entirely different league to being confused about whether you have takeoff clearance.
The KLM crew are 100% to blame for the collision.
the tower told the Pan Am to leave the runway in the 3rd turnoff, but they decided to use the 4th, that was 25% of the fault, and Van Santens non authorized takeoff was the other 75% of it…
“I could hear people screaming” It’s the funniest thing Ive ever heard.
I’ve learn a lession about landing at the airport after landed at the airport with out the landing clearance, the tower said, “Landmark 1123 heavy your not clear to land Clear the runway? and till sudenly, I crashed into a small plane head on, well what a great lesson to learn after watching this video
Rip those people.
It was the fault of captian Van Santen.
He took off whitout takke-off clearnce.
How stupid is that guy.
are there some uninjured
9/11
what is the number 1?
Only 1 from KLM survived, as she didn’t get back on the plane since the island was were she lived. Her friends got back on the plane though.
Some People from the Pam Am planed survived.
